English Chat Hour is an informal setting for students, faculty, and staff at NYCU to practice their English conversation skills. We chat about a different topic each week: music, movies, YouTube videos, etc.

We will offer English Chat Hour from 3/1/2023 to 5/25/2023 during the following times:
- Tuesdays, 12:20-13:10 (in-person: Yangming Campus, Zhi Xing Building (Front), Room 203)
- Wednesdays, 12:20-13:10 (in-person: Yangming Campus, Zhi Xing Building (Front), Room 203)
- Thursdays, 12:20-13:10 (online: please log in to your NYCU Gmail account and check our Google Calendar for the Google Meet link)
- Thursdays, 14:20-15:10 (online: please log in to your NYCU Gmail account and check our Google Calendar for the Google Meet link)
Note: English Chat Hour will not be offered on university holidays and days when class is suspended.
Our goal is to give you an opportunity to practice using your English skills without causing you to feel any pressure. There’s no need to register beforehand, and you don’t have to attend every week. You can just show up whenever you feel like practicing your English skills.
